I just go to the post office for all my international mailings, it's the cheapest way unless you want to use the USPS's print and ship program.
I just realized that paypal will NOT cover international. only domestic for first class. Thanks
paypal shipping really doesn't work for shipping up north. to get first class international, you actually have to go into the post office, unfortunately. you could ship priority through paypal, but it will cheaper if you mail from the post office. you may want to dig up magiic's canadian shipping thread to read up on the subject (goes over forms needed, mail service options, etc.)
International shipping, rather shipping to Canada, is easy..but be sure to understand the process. Either talk up your local Post Office or read one of the many threads in the forums about Canadian shipping.
