i just got an american express card, it has 20 dollars. im trying to buy 5 trade tokens but when i enter everything it asks it says that the card you entered cant be used for this payment. please enter a different credit or debit card number. do you know why it doesnt accept my card? i just got my card today and it hasnt been used. do i put my personal information in the address fields?

some cards can't be used online because they require the exact amount of the card inputted (i would explain this better but i'm not sure how to) this happens at the best buy where i work quite often. also make sure the card hasn't been fee'ed to death (fees taken out of the card to reduce the value to 0)

You're right. Goozex/Cybersource doesn't accept Amex, they will take diner's club (i have never seen a diner's club card) but not american express

My ex girlfriend had an Amercan Express card and a Discover card and no place would take either-  had to put all purchases on my card then she always had to pay me back by check until she got a Mastercard like everyone else hahaha
