I noticed that the default shipping return address is the Goozex place. Does this mean Goozex will have my game if it gets lost in the mail and has to be sent to return? Just wondering how that works
Yes.
If for some reason the game needs to be returned, it would be sent to Goozex and you would get positive feedback assuming the game works and everything.

Yes, this is correct. If mail is re-directed to Goozex HQ, Goozex would proceed to give you any feedback you deserve if they can not get the game to the buyer.

I also have a return address question. I recently traded GTA IV to a buyer that later asked for a cancellation after I had already sent it out and confirmed shipping. I told him it was already on the way, so he then refused the delivery and marked it "return to sender". I told him that the return address was Goozex HQ though. So, I'm wondering how this will play out? He wants his points back, and I have no problem doing that, but if we are going to cancel the trade I would like my game back. Unless I can keep the points for my trade, the buyer gets refunded his points, and Goozex just hangs onto it and do whatever they want with the game.

Once again, if it you send a game that somehow gets sent to Goozex, you will get the points and positive feedback assuming the game works.
I just checked the tracking for my game and figured out that it was undeliverable as addressed. I used the Goozex printout so I should be alright
