Setting does not equal racism. It is as simple as that.
But I will say, that if it was set in Africa, and it was all white people getting whacked, it would indeed be racism. Figure that one out.
So if I were to shoot 50 white people/characters in a game, that's racist to right? Oh but nobody goes and splurting out complaints about that. So no the game is no racist than many games I have played with white characters.
While politics and religion are the the 2 biggest areas to stay away from on any forum, racial issues probably wouldn't be too far behind as a topic to avoid...
