I requested full game, and shortly after the seller shipped they sent a PM saying they screwed up and that they did not have the instruction book..... While I don't really need it, it's probably going to make trading the game later harder.... what kind of feedback do you guys give in this situation?
A neutral is the appropriate feedback, requested full package but received disc only

Just FYI, this was a long time ago now, but as I figured this game has been impossible to send back out.
I have to mark it as disc only, even though everything is intact but the instruction booklet.

If anyone else ends up in this position, do EVERYTHING you can to cancel.... don't be 'nice'.
Unfortunately, as it stands, there's no real punishment to dissuade anyone from not doing this. Even if you had firmly requested a cancel, and remember, you ARE only requesting one, there's nothing that says this neglectful seller would have ever accepted it; opting to take the points and the neutral instead.
They should have requested a cancel from you for their mislisting to begin with, rather than just hope you didn't mind.

I say leave the neutral feedback and be sure to leave a comment stating what happened. I have had this happen to me a few times and it gets frustrating, especially when it seems they listed as FP. Did they go ahead and send the game, then PM you with their "discovery"?
