Alright, now this is bull****. The user sent it UPS from the states and I had to pay $20 duty on it. Anything I can do about this or did I get screwed?
Sorry for somewhat thread jacking:
Just want to make sure on shipping to Canada that the Custom's Form is your DC#. Lets say I send the game to our Hat Friends , and they say they did not get the game as long as I have the Custom's Form tab I will not be delt a negative as the tab shows it made it to the boarder? Reason I asked this is because I took Canada off my trade region after all the horror stories that started happening to members I am friends with and just want to make sure before re-adding them back to my list.
According to what Coyote said before, yes. It shows you shipped it and tracks it up to the border. That's your proof.

75 cents?
I believe I'm paying 75 cents for Delivery Confirmation. I've been sending my games out of the local post office since my printer died on me a couple months back.
I'd make sure that guy reimbursed me. Making me pay $20 for a game that itself costs between $1-$60 (not sure what game you got). And either way, contact feedback@goozex.com with what happened and hope they'll reimburse you or something.

I don't remember paying that fee. Is it waived when you print the customs form online?
Wow why do people even use UPS when the USPS is much cheaper, unless you get a shipping deal with ups.

You don't pay that when you ship to canada. That's the cost of delivery confirmation within the states. When you ship to canada, the customs form is your confirmation, so it can cost less
I see. Thanks for explaining.

paying the usps to get delivery tracking over the border is really overpriced so for a long time i wouldn't ship or trade to canada. but i realized i was missing a lot of potential trades. so now what i do is check the buyers feedback. most people are honest and a very small percentage muck things up for the rest of us. if they aren't a newb and have decent feedback i send the game without delivery tracking to save cash. i also always mark the customs slip as the item being a gift and list its cash value as really low (like five dollars american) on the form you fill out at the post office, i also mark the contents as something like "used dvd gift". i know this is dishonest and sketchy but seems to get canadian users off the hook for custom's delays and extra fees. use this method at your own risk.
Fun fact. In order get rack up a $20 charge sending through normal USPS you would have declare the package as being worth a little over $100 depending on province.

Nah, I think he's smitten with him. He's attracted to the way he types, it's almost hypnotic. I think I'm going to fall bad for him myself.
