Ok so it's almost been 21 days and I have yet to receive a game. I've contacted the seller and it sounds like the problem may be due to the game being lost in the postal system (seller didn't use delivery confirmation). In a case like this, is there an alternative to negative feedback? I don't want to lose my points but at the same time I don't feel the seller is really at fault as they sent the game.

You can leave a negative and after that the other user can dispute it.  the other user can then issue a trade cancellation.  You will go back to the front of the que and get back your points, and the other user willnot get a negative, but will still have a lost game.

well if u didnt receive the game....and you want your points back...the only thing you could do is leave negative feedback...i would if i didnt get my game eventhough if it still  not his fault...

Yeah, you can wait aslong as possible, then leave a negative feedback. He will dispute it and it will get escalated to Goozex. Then, he will a.) cancel the trade like chinzekid said, or he could b.) have more time to try and work something out with his local post office.
