Ok I have a request for CoD4, it was accepted like normal. Nothing out of the ordinary. It'll be coming up on two weeks since he accepted soon. Anyway, basically I think he just accepted the trade and isn't sending it. He will not respond to pms, he confirmed shipped last week with a DC number of all 0's and the game hasn't shown up.

Im usually a patient person, but Im not happy at all If I have to wait for 3 weeks to give a negative, and then another week to get another trade for this game. Thus making it a month to actually get it. What would you guys do? I suppose all I can do in this case is just wait though. Q.Q Just as a note, this guy has 2 trades completed with 2 100 pointish games. Sounds like he's abusing the whole points upfront thing.

Well, it wont be until his third trade that he'll get instapoints, so he's got a little work ahead of him. Sadly, despite it being a raw deal, all you can do is wait. Be sure to at least close out the trade with a negative when given the option so you can try again at getting the game. I'd leave negative when the option is available if he wont reply to PM's after 14 days, but you may want to wait until at least 17ish before doing so.

Did they change instapoints until 3 trades? I thought it was still 2.

It's when your points > 20. I asked this Q about a month ago, and despite being told after two trades, it's actually a bit more than that. I know as I just broke out of this realm myself (now at 4).

I could've sworn when I first started that I got instant points right when I hit a feedback score of 20 :/ If he isn't getting instant points than I doubt he'd duck out with nothing, I hope someone can clarify on that.

Best of luck on the clarification...I ended up answering my own question with that thread, lol. Whether it kicks in at 21 points or 30, I'm not sure, but I traded LittleBigPlanet after having a feedback score of 20, and I know I had to wait for those 1000 points to clear. I'm sure he's doing the same.

Well my main reason for this topic was mainly to see if I can get this handled without waiting the full 3 weeks and then another week to get this game.Not to mention that's if I get a good trader. Knowing my luck Id get a horrible one again. Im sure everyone will tell me to just wait, which is expected. OH well.

You could always slap down the negative asap. If he truly isn't maning the keyboard anymore, there shouldn't be a dispute.

There is nothing Goozex can do if the other users account is still active.

I think you can leave feedback after 18 days. I suggest you do that as the seller will have 3 days to either eat the feedback or contest it.

Alright I guess Ill have to do that, which'll be next week Q.Q Im hoping it shows up though. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt until then.

Is it 18? I thought it was 16 ... either way, once you get the option to give a 'did not recieve' feedback I suggest you do so.

I had a trade a while ago that wouldn't let me leave feedback for not receiving the game until it was about day 18. I checked daily after the trade hit two weeks. I could be a misremembering too Wink

Ok this question is for anyone in general, or whoever holds the banhammer lol.

BTW, it still hasn't shown up.

Anyway, if this game doesn't show up, and I give him a negative. Could you guys ban him? He only had 2 trades before this, and I dont think he should be given a free pass with doing this. I can pm his trading profile if needed, of course I wont post it xD
