I have a PAL (Region 2) versioni of LittleBigPlanet for PS3. Since the console is region-free, it plays perfectly on my US system. Is it a valid reason for negative (or even neutral) feedback that the game's not US Region 1?
Goozex is really for the trading of Region 1 games; essentially that is what you are agreeing to send when matched for a game, it could cause some headaches down the road in a trade and yes, possibly even warrant negative feedback for wrong game received
In addition, if you were to list this game; PM the user prior to shipping to verify that it is indeed OK to send
I too own the version you have, and have had no problems either. However, as far as I've gathered, I think someone is allowed to make a fuss over a non NTSC version here. I'm sure someone will come along with further clarification, but I think most people deal with US only games unless explicitly implied otherwise in the listing.
Personally, if it plays 100%, I wouldn't care.

That's what I'm trying to avoid here before actually listing the game for trading. Since the game plays exactly the same as a Region 1 version, it seems to boil down to essentially being different packaging. Is this really something to be concerned about?
And yes, I was planning on PM'ing the buyer before I shipped.

i also believe that US DLC cannot be accessed on the PAL version, but i could be wrong

Now that is something I can understand. If the product actually doesn't have all the same functionality as the US counterpart, then I can definitely see justification in making a fuss about it.
OK, just did a little poking around on the DLC topic. It seems the content is region-specific, that is, a Region 2 game can only use DLC from the Region 2 PSN. It is, however possible to set up an account in whatever region you want.

Hmmm...that would explain one question I've had in the back of my head; that I've bought the MGS pack but haven't seen it yet, didn't really know where to look for the new content. If that's in fact the case, that could be a problem for some users.
Staying with the region free games,I have Pro Yakyuu Spirits 5 for the PS3 which I believe is the best baseball game in the system.Goozex has other old versions here listed for the PS2.Any way on getting Goozex to add this game to the trading list?Thx!

Kenny, from what I've read, the easiest workaround for this is to create a European PSN account and download the content from it. All the content should be the same, and having the DLC from the same region as the game will allow the game to read and use it.
As for your query; aside from the few import titles that are available; imports typically don't make it into the Goozex system; as it is predominantly for trading Region 1 titles
