My xbox 360 scratched one of my games.

My xbox scratched a madden 09 disc i just got. Now I can't get past a kickoff before my xbox says the disc is unreadable. I don't have the original recipt. What do I do.

Well first off if it's a big azz ring or like perfect circle around a part of the disc it probably means you have your 360 vertical and that makesthe disc wobble when the disc is inside the 360 and it is turned on this only happens sometime. But my advice to you and i've done this once is go to blockbuster and rent the same game and just switch the discs. So you have a working one and the million dollar company has a scratched one. Problem solved!

Or you could go to Gamestop, buy the game, and get a working game (most likely really scratched) and use the credit to get another game by exchanging it within 7 days.

That's if you want to be messed up to a truly evil company who's not in risk of going bankrupt (Blockbuster is in risk of going bankrupt, by the way).

Haven't heard that one but i no a kid who "likes" to be called Cole and hes not very trustworthy and well i for one and few my buddies have decided its no longer d-bag its c-bag or cole bag! DOWN WITH THE COLES!!!

Make sure you start saving games on you're hard drive it will save you from these types of issues

Ultimate frisbee is the bomb!!! I was just playing the other night. It's way to hard at night, even with a white frisbee. Can barely see the dang thing.
But I had a disc that got scratched because I forgot it was in my 360 and I moved it to a different room. Luckily it was an old game so I just got it cheap of ebay.

Huh?  Why is it pointless here?  Walmart is everywhere!  Besides, it's the only big store in this tiny little college town.  I agree though on the idea to rip off Gamestop.

send it to them, and $5 later you will have a disc that works beautifully.  I tipped over my xbox one time when i was playing call of duty 4, send it to them, and didn't have any problems with the game again.
