I wonder if you were to punch a user of that hat, would their head bobble to and fro?
I voted that it should be removed. Now, having not had any bad experiences thus far, I dont know exactly how neutral should be applied, however, if I ordered something, and didn't get what I asked for, I'd say I was screwed in the transaction and I would leave feedback accordingly. If there was going to be an issue, I should have been informed prior to shipment, rather than be surprised at my doorstep with something unusable or much harder to retrade.

yeah thank you kenny i agree and yet im confused on why the changing of neutral feedback should be considered and taken seriously. I'm in amazement of how fast people are deprived of there right to an arguable trading system....obviously people can see by the poll that this should be considered an issue with Goozex inc. and the team of employees overseeing the trading process...it must be that people are saying "forget it, this rule will never change, i'm leaving Goozex and going to EB games."

I mean no offense, but the poll has 44 participants. I'm not privy to the amount of users Goozex has, but the sample size is too small to provide any real information. I'm a bit rusty on my statistics, but I believe a sample size that small renders the results insignificant.

ok well still 44 people voting and a 90% outcome of people in favor to change neutral feedback makes it seem maybe a little chanced that members of goozex might want a change in the system. I doubt if more people voted on the matter that the tides would change by a drastic measure, ok maybe 5% but i highly doubt the would happen. This OBVIOUSLY should be looked over!
Here is how I know that Neutral Feedback should be changed: I just received a game, listed as full package, in a rental case with no manual. I plan on sending it back into the system and listing it as full package so the trade actually happens. I fully expect the neutral feedback on my account and don't care.
EDIT: just realized this thread is a year old.. haha. and still no changes?

I wrote up a thread last summer on this matter detailing possible changes to the neutrals, everything from their removal to simply adding some more disciplinary weight to a neutral, and most of the community agreed that something should be changed, granted there was some debate on exactly what that should be.
Mislisting is a large loophole that I'd like seen closed, but the G-team has been rather silent on the issue. The hit against the buyer is quite large and with no consequence to an established seller is a bit much to just overlook. Unfortunately, while I totally disagree with continuing the mislisting trend, as it stands, there's not much option left to an otherwise responsible buyer who wants their title to move in a timely manner like the title they paid for but didn't receive would have. The buyer otherwise pays twice for this misdeed; once by not having the enjoyment of the items they paid for while they used the product, and twice by having an increased difficulty in moving the title back out...assuming it will ever move at all (some titles are inundated with FP, so anything less will never move).
Not to mention that mislisting is also a form of 'budging' in line.
The issue that I have with removing the neutral is that anyone could just say "No manual" and get games and points, free of charge. It would actually be easier than a lot of the scamming that is going on, because there is no foolproof way to prove that a manual was sent. A seller could send out a 1000 point game, with DC, and all the buyer would have to do is allege that there was no manual.

A solid point. There would certainly need to be protective measures for the seller in this case...perhaps pictures would become an expected defense. I suppose this scam could be done now though with the same ease, though the benefit to the buyer is far less of course.
Any buyer that made a habit of this would be investigated I'd hope, similar to those stating they 'didn't receive a game' 20 times. But indeed a valid concern.
