this sucks that you don't get points for neutral feed back... so I'm po'ed cuz of it...
do you agree if the game works you should jest let it go even tho there's a few scratches in it...
Case + Disc is not full package
If you want to avoid future neutrals you need to list it as "disc only" even if you have the case

Unfortunately what you are displaying here would categorize you as an 'inconsiderate (if not bad) trader':
- You send something that is all scratched up, but get upset about someone commenting.
- You claim something as 'Full package' when it is not - and are concerned about how it impacts YOU, not about the fact that you just lied to someone and failed to deliver what you promised.
You really deserved a neutral - and instead of hoping that OTHER traders are better, you need to be better YOURSELF. So far you have shown yourself as dishonest and inconsiderate ... which isn't a good start since this was the first game you sent.

Well i'm a bit confused. With neutral feedback you would still receive points - but your trader feedback score would get a -10. I'm not sure if the -10 feedback score is the point you're referring to.
Secondly, if you sent the game with any materials you committed to when you listed the game (game, game + manual or full package) and the game was worn but playable the worst you could get is a positive feedback of +5. I'm not sure if you might have received unwarranted neutral feedback or if there was another issue like commiting to send full package and sending out game only.

your opinion on game instructions is no excuse for misleading users about the package they are going to receive
I read the instructions. Obviously other people do to, or people wouldn't care that you didn't send them. whatever.
Don't try to justify your lying about the game condition. You may call a scratched up disc and case a positive, but goozex doesn't, and they make it abundantly clear. They say it many times. The last, and possibly most blatant time they say it is with the other person's address right before you ship your game.
"You are committing to sending Ful Package" It then states in bold print that you need to have the disc, case, accessories that originally came with the game, and the manual.
I think you're going to find a lot less sympathy for someone intentionally misrepresenting their games to skirt the system, cutting in line by lying, and completely screwing over the the buyer than you think.
I only hope your other trades are also with responsible users who will hold you to the standards you agreed to, and not let it slide just because you say 'come on!'
I don't read the instructions. Other people do. When people request full package I send them full package, with the manual included. I only request as full package so I can send out games faster. Nobody cares if you don't read the manual though, it still needs to be there.

The "come on!" defense hasn't won alot of legal battles. It didn't help McDonald's against the lady that spilled coffee in her lap and 'didn't know' the coffee would be hot. "Come on!" didn't help companies that manufacture shirts that needed to add a warning "do not iron while wearing". "Come on!" should have been enough for either of these cases...
But blatantly misrepresenting what you promise to provide another user? And then see it as the other user is in the wrong?? Come on dude...
All I can suggest is to use this as a lesson, move forward from here and hopefully become a positive addition to the Goozex community.
I use the manuals and the lack of a manual affects the resale vale if someone decides to sell the game instead of trade it.
Obviously the OP dosent read much at all or he would have seen that full package includes manual. if you dont have it and you have it marked as such expect a neutral. cheating people in line and lying about your games you're trading is not going to get you on anyone heres good side.edit: txa pretty much just said everything that needed to be said.
Halo 3 MVP x5.
you know what i give... 6 against me ain't good odds of winning... i love it when people hijack your post and turn you in to the bad guy...
originally i was mad that i didn't get my points... well the answer would be... systems a little slow here compared to other sites.
AND
if the game you got was scratched but worked fine youd you give a poop... the answer is no, if it works, its good...
npa4863: i love it when people hijack your post and turn you in to the bad guy...
I think you took care of that, not the other people.
npa4863:systems a little slow here compared to other sites.
Not really, it's a different system. In fact the reason it seems slow is because it has protections built in for both the buyer and the seller. People trying to "work the system" by shipping out incomplete games marked as complete so they can skip ahead in line etc...
Well your not a "bad guy" it doesn't seems like you were trying to jump ahead of the queue by being misleading about your package, you just didn't seem to read what a "Full Package" consists of. Seems like an honest mistake.
What is frustrating about your posts however, is that you seem to take your opinions and for some reason assume that everyone shares those same opinions.
Some people do care whether or not the disc your sending is scratches or not. Even if the game works perfectly some people care about the aesthetics of a clean disc. Some people are really OCD about the conditions of there games(like me), other people care about resale value of the game and even the tiniest of scratches drop the value of a game.
I suggest from now you check the package of your game. If you own the orginal case and manual along with the disc and anything else that came with the game list it as a Full Package.
Also check the condition of your discs before listing a game as "Offered". When you get matched up with someone tell them that there is a scratch on the disc. If they care about scratches they'll ask to cancel the trade or will continue the trade and will probably give you positive feedback for good communication and additional information on the condition of the game.
