I set up with paypal, i got money in my paypal account and I try buying points from Goozex and it asks for a debt or credit card. Is there anyway they can just take the money that is on my paypal and not use a credit/debt card?

Your recipient requires instant payments. To pay instantly from your bank account (Confirmed) simply link a debit or credit card as a backup payment source. We'll charge this card only if your bank payment can't be processed.

Ah, yes. Some vendors (like Goozex) need a credit card in place as a means of security in case you do not have as much money in your bank account as you think. I know Goozex does not accept eChecks on Paypal for this reason.

If I have money in my Paypal account it lets me use it. You may not have your Paypal account set up properly.

I believe that in order to use the money you have on a paypal account, you must either have a credit card or a bank account linked to your paypal account.

I don't have any credit/debt cards set up on paypal. Whatever I have in my checkings account, I send that money from my checkings (from a bank) into paypal. I buy points and it asks for a credit/debt card. I don't want to use credit/debt period. Well i don't mind it, but I don't want to wait longer, because it takes 2-5 days to get the money from your checkings into paypal, (I don't have debt but I applied for one) comes 2-5 days. I really don't want to use cards at all, I just want my money that is on paypal transfered into Goozex.

It is possible your checking account is not a "confirmed" account.

I added my bank account on paypal. They wanted to see if the bank was me, so they sended money like 20 cents. They send it out and I got billing statement and saw the cents. I go to paypal and I put the digits and showed paypal how much they put in. I got verifed. I don't quite understand what you mean as in "confirmed" account.

Your PayPal account needs a secondary source of payment tied to it. I have a verified account and my CC tied to it. That way if you're bank account can't process the transaction your CC will be charged.
