Hi!I was supposed to receive a game weeks ago,but the guy told me that my address was incorrect and can not send the game.I gave him another address but he never responded my messages and he didn't send me the game.Now I don't have the points or the game.Can you help me?Can I have my points back?
If the game doesn't arrive before 21 days then give negative feedback and say that you didn't receive the game. Simple as that.
I think It is all the OP's fault. If you have the wrong address in the Goozex system it's your responsibility. The seller should NOT ship the game to any address you send to him in a PM.

Like IlDominationII said, negative feedback and game not received on day 20. Also, make sure your address is correct in the system. If it was wrong, than you're the one at fault. It's not fair for the seller to have to pay shipping twice because you messed up. You could always offer to send him/her the money to ship the game again.
So was your address listed wrong on Goozex? I don't quite understand what happened
I hate when people don't send you the game and you have to wait forever to give them negative feedback.
The seller might be having trouble with your address because you're in Puerto Rico. Of course, that doesn't explain why they've stopped responding to your PMs.

This may seem harsh, but the seller already shipped it to the address you had on Goozex and if they are under no obligation to incur additional costs because you failed to have an up-to-date address. Like somebody suggested, your best course of action is to offer to reimburse the seller for the additional shipping costs.
