I liked Elven Legacy a fair amount - solid turn-based strategy game.  Not 'great' like King's Bounty (which I consider one of the very best games of 2008), but solid and available at a decent price.

i added ac2 and god of war collection for ps3 and got like 200 and something in line, didn't do it till this morning but I don't care I can wait for them have other things to do in the mean time.

I got 80th for AC2 so I went out and did a trade in of CoD 4 & Godfather 2 for it.  Picked it up instead of CoD MW2 since I have a way better spot for CoD.  It comes in the super crappy pieces missing case that Wet came in :(.

Holy Crikey! I didn't know the God of War collection was coming out. I added it to my requests (just now) and got 247th. Looks like I'm buying it, lol.

Got 6th for L4D2, probably one of my best spots ever.

Kind of annoyed I forgot about the new SMB Wii game and ended up 100+ in line.

I got 1st for AC2, and since the site was so bogged down, I got an offer before the page could refresh itself for me to put on hold.  That's the last time I try to put an offer on my list on a release night - really no reason to, other than I had some extra browsers open.

Somewhat related, but I can't find the thread for the original deal, but do you, or anyone, know if that $40 credit earned for spending $80 on console games a week or so ago, can be used on a preorder?

I ask because the $40 must be used before the 31st, but if I were to use it on a preorder that released in 2010, Amazon wouldn't bill until it shipped.

Unless they've changed how it works, yes it can.  Even though it won't bill your card until it ships, it will bill your promotional credit.  Even though the item isn't out yet, it's a sale before the time of expiration, so you're good.

Gonna snag a FFXIII preorder, I naturally assume, even though it's more likely god of war 3.

Not sure about that particular promotion, but my MW2 credit worked flawlessly for a pre-order of AC2, which also gave me a $10 bonus for the next game (for pre-ordering AC2).  I think they found out how to get me to stop using my reward zone certificates from best buy.
