RESIDENT EVIL 5 DEMO, is out in the Game Marketplace exclusively on Xbox LIVE. So if you haven't gone and played it, go download it now, it is worth it!

Then come back here, and talk about your experience about the demo, and explain, your experience, and say if you will buy it or not.

Tried this one out briefly last night on co-op. Not a fan but it might grow on me. Who knows?

I just can never get into the idea that a specially trained agent turns and moves so slow, let alone has to stop dead in his tracks in order to fire a weapon.

i was pretty upset with the gameplay to say the least, its like controlling a take left, forward, back, right repeat, its certainly not the controls i want when facing hordes of zombies. aiming is off. im more of a cross hair in the center of the screen kind of player. the good things were the graphics and cinematics. i was pretty stoked about this game, after the demo, im pretty sure this wont be a release day purchase. well see what happens

I liked Resident Evil 4 kinda, but after playing Dead Space (great game) and then coming back to RE4 and this demo, I can easily see the problem with resident evil 4 and now 5. The controls are deliberately frustrating, to get you killed easier in an attempt to make the game last longer and be more difficult. The co-op for me is the only draw to the new game, but, in my opinion, I believe Dead Space will trump RE5 in every way (except for the split screen).

Since I have been playing Dead Space a ton lately, I can't tell you how many times I've tried using Kinesis in the RE5 demo.
