Hi. First, I just want to let you know that I'm a french canadian so my english is not perfect and I'll do my best to write this post, but there may be somme errors. w/e.
Yesterday I got Guitar Hero (game only). Nice, I was waiting for this one for a long time. I play the first tier, and then gave positive feedback to the user.
1 hour ago, I started the game. I played a few songs, and then the game started to freeze. I'm like "Okay it happens sometine I'll restart". But it keeps freezing over and over again. I can't play any songs !
The ps2 can't have scratched the game, because I didn't play it between those two times.
My question is : what can I do to reverse the feedback ? Do I need to send the game to Goozex ? Will I still be first in line for the gamer after that ? And the user always got positive feedback, I don't really wanna give him a negative one, but oh well :-/

goozex won't problably change the feeds back b ut the best thig u can do is get it buffered
