Would you buy the DSi?

I will never get one. I love all the gba games I have, and it took that away. I'm fine with the lite.

I love it. My first DS too.

I originally was against it because of them removing the GBA slot, but I don't mind it at all now. The DSiWare shop channel, the camera, the music channel, the whole interface is just so cool. I played with my friend's Lite on a trip I took to Comic-Con, after playing my DSi, I wouldn't go back at all.

The lack of a gba slot doesn't bother me too much because I held on to my GBA SP for gameboy and gameboy color backwards compatibility.  However, I cherish my golden LoZ DSlite and do not want to trade it for the DSi.  Unless they come out with a LoZ version DSi, I probably will never get one.
