These guys have been bashing the Goozex system saying it is a doomed company, read for hilarity...
Those people at Game TZ are just jealous because we are sexier than them.
NO, no we do not, trust me. There is a reason the article mentions Gametz as "poppping up" becuase even though it's been around longer it doesn't have as high of a growth rate as goozex and i don't see CAG taking away from Goozex but being another useful tool to game traders. A lot of crap talking goes on on GameTz and this is just more of an example.
Boy, somebody is sure jealous that the G-Team got good press. Somebody else is upset that a new user can't figure out their spam blocker or didn't care to give him a negative. Thus, goozex is DOOMED!
"Look at me, I'm smart and my ego is so big that I can bring down a 20k trades/month website with it"
Fine... you're a stud, dude. Now go back to your mirror and admire yourself.
Puh-leeze
I prefer Goozex and CAG over GameTZ. Does GameTZ have a podcast?

Jeez, after reading all that it's nice to come back to a forum that isn't from 1997. BAH ZING!
Its funny when I read these threads (on here and Gametz), everyone is so Homerish.

It really is funny how much the users from each side want the other side to fail.

I really don't want any of the sites to fail. Each site seems to have its own way of operating which provides us with more options for trading. I think the more active trading sites out there would promote healthy competition.
I tried two other trading sites before I found Goozex. One of them being GameTZ. I didn't like it. It was too much work to find a trade. I'm sure there are deals there if you have the time to invest looking for one.

And that is the rational way to approach the relationship.
Can't we all just get along?

Back when I was jonesing big time for Lost Odyssey and the journey was seeming too long for Goozex and money was tight, I tried gametz and was appauled at how the site looks like it was put together on geocities or something. Then, navigating through the damned place was annoying and not very user friendly. It was just really horribly put together. Then I went to their chat rooms looking for some assistance. Wrong turn there. I ended up not having any luck through the site and deleted my account.
I've done 200+ trades on GameTZ; it's a good site, just different from this one.

Ditto. First I was set to go to gamestop with my games. Then I thought about ebay. After some research, I learned about goozex and gametz.
I checked out gametz, but it's definitely an html-based website that is NOT very user friendly. I tried doing a few game searches and didn't come up with much. To me it looks VERY circa 1996...
Goozex's website is much more professional and easy to use and navigate, which is worth the $1 trades and wait for matches...
I also like that I just put up everything I want and everything I have, then I just wait for the system to sort it all out. Waaaay easier than having to navigate some old-school forums looking for trades.
(so says the newb)
After trying Goozex, just a couple clicks at GameTZ made me turn back.
Also about the whole price thing.. I like how everything is adjusted, and I realized I was going to get games sooner than I thought. Assuming I receive the game that is being shipped to me, I've already made my money back.
