Seller not on Goozex anymore

I got a match in December for Left 4 Dead, and received an message from the seller.  Here is the message.

Hey I have something to tell you. If I'm going to send you Left 4 dead then your going to have to have to give me 10 feedback first. BECAUSE I have been ripped off way too many times with people getting my games and not giving me my feedback. So now I always get the feedback first. I know you could be a good person but I'm not taking chances anymore sorry.

I answered back that I would NOT give positive feedback before I received the game, and if he didn't want to send it because of that, then cancel the trade.  I received confirmation that the game was in the mail on December 21, and I wanted to send a note to the seller to make sure he decided to send it, but when I click on his name, it tells me the seller is not in the Goozex system. 

I'm probably going to wait closer to Day 21 and give negative feedback if I dont' receive it, but was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
