kingofoldschool: cheeznrice: Not a bad idea, but what happens when that person doesn't check their email and doesn't ship the game at the promised date? Well the "date" is just an estimate, if there is a slight delay in shipping out the game, as long as the sender actually takes a minute to inform the other person there should not be a problem. If all else fails, the sender gets negative feedback and they can't really complain because they knew what marking a game as "auto accept" would imply. This way someone can't come on here and complain because the pending offer time is too short, because they "have a life" and can't check the site all the time. At least this way the system automatically accepts the trade so the sender doesn't miss out on sending the game. The system allows them to get it delivered to the buyer within a couple of weeks. That gives the person plenty of time to check the site to see if there are any new trades. If they can't check it with that long, they should have put on vacation mode.

Cool idea, but I'm assuming the "auto accept" would be "send game in 3 days", because "1 day" would be redicous.
Check out the tools in the Toolbox:
- Vista Gadget
- Mac Gadget
- Goozex flash widget
With these tools you can monitor your Goozex requests/offers at any time, from home or work, even when you cannot check your email. I still have miss a few trades here and there (mainly when I am totally away from the computer for a few days), but these tools helped me keeping a look on my trading status a lot!
Thanks again to the members that made them!
well as i see it there is no "auto accept" feature so that the seller has a chance to check out the buyer first. if a buyer is new to me i check their feedback first and if they seem sketchy i don't accept the trade. and by sketchy i mean they have left a really high number of negatives for sellers (i know there are times when its justified to leave a neg but i also know that half the games i get don't have delivery confirmation so when i see a newer user that leaves a ton of negs i tend to assume they are taking advantage), show any classic signs of being a scammer, and/or like to start a lot of drama by complaining about specific sellers in the forums over minor and petty issues. i also wish (and have brought up before) the site offered a "ship in the next seven days" option for sellers. i usually miss the three day deadline by a day or two and am kind of sick and tired of people sending me pms whining that the game was postmarked the ninth when it was supposed to have shipped on the eighth. this is especially annoying when i check profiles and see that they have lots of feedback comments from buyers complaining that they took to long to ship. you people know who you are.
If your leaving on vacation, or just far from sending games, please
"VACATION MODE". Its the best next thing
;)
