Y'know what? I don't think there's anything wrong with that. What makes it bad if you like pokemon? It's got a good story I don't know why so many people say it's stupid when they are playing stuff generally the same like Pikmin or whatever.
I would have to say, catchy female pop music.
I think we may have to stop counting Pokemon as a secret shame, since a pretty large number of people seem to share a desire to catch 'em all. I was into Pokemon back when it got started, despite being older than the intended target audience. I got Pokemon Blue. I watched the show. I had some of the toys. After it expanded well past the original 150 or so, I kind of lost track. But it was a fun game and though I haven't picked any of them up in a long time, some of the various Pokemon games still catch my attention from time to time. And I will set up all Pokeball matches in Smash Bros just to see how many different Pokemon they've managed to squeeze into the game.
I know that it isn't a real shamee, but I'm not going to go up to my friends and say, "You wanna see my level 85 Pikachu!?"

Chicks love large pikachus, in my experience.
I guess mine is that even though I get and have tons of games by today's standards, I probably haven't finished 25% of them..
I'm probably going to get killed for this but oh well, here goes; I'm an avid RPG player, but I didn't like FF7. I fell asleep a couple times while playing the game. So I never finished it.
For me it's gotta be Space Channel 5. I had it for Dreamcast and PS2. Let's see, good tunes, Michael Jackson, aliens (or Morolians) who say "chu chu", and a very capable reporter Ulala. This game oozes style like nothing before or since.
I'm not too shameful on any of my thoughts.I didn't like the original PSX at all.Sorry.
