Shredder: I'm only an ass-hat on goozex not in real life. Had I been a real life ass-hat I wouldnt of had friends to take me and hang out at the hospital with me for 4 hours now would I?

Future advice - don't talk about having many real life friends on the internet, as most will interpret this as insecurity and feigning popularity.

There will be no proof, only legend.
Who said anything about... her... being involved?
Too bad, I kinda liked Shady... it was good knowing him.
Blackcoyote:what motivates someone to be an ass-hat on Goozex?
I refuse to believe that it is unique to Goozex, regardless of what some say. It is possible that folks who behave badly on web forums in general have the typical 'geek' profile of internet behavior. It is really the same sort of thing that motivates people to be a$$hats in any segment of life, just with a better protection of anonymity.
I do think that it *is* possible, as shredder claims, to be an a$$hat on the internet but a normal and fairly reasonable person in the rest of life. Chances are that the same personality characteristics manifest themself in other ways, but not necessarily in anti-social behavior.

Blackcoyote:Since it was brought up here...what motivates someone to be an ass-hat on Goozex?
I was bored. Extremely bored. I haven't trolled in a while actually, but no one has given me anything to work with.
