Well, on a subjective stance, I would assume that the irony in how the user was initially so disinterested in the site that he would pick such a name, only to now enjoy the site so much that he has to awkwardly come out and admit his immature name choice can be found somewhat humorous. It's kind of like a middle school boy pulling girls' pigtails because he thinks they're icky, only to have them step into high school a few years later quite hot and them making him admit he was pretty foolish.

My name isn't any thing special, I'm also a troll and a general ass hat, but I still contribute to the trading aspect of the site and it has nothing to do with the name. At all.
I have to admit, I found it funny, for exactly the reasons mentioned. Made me laugh. Here's to hoping someone can change the name for him so we don't eternally mock him for the name.
I thought his name was hilarous. Not very appropriate but still really funny. Anyways the fact that he is looking to get his name changed shows maturity and should be applauded not scorned at. He has learned his lesson and there is no need to rub his face in it.
Ive only been a member of goozex for so long but when i look around the forums it surprises how hostile some of the so called goozex vets are towards newer members. I mean you would think that people would be more kind towards new members so that they can stick around and goozex can expand but that is not always the case. I understand that people get a little frustrated when new members ask questions that have already been answered but they are new and they dont immediately say "hmm..maybe i should use the search". People who are new usually need guidance to a certain extent. I agree txa that you should expect maturity from members but bitchtitties admited he made a mistake and asked for a name change. What you did then is pretty much got into a " i am more mature than you" mode which kind off comes off as a pompus which i know you probably arent because u were just trying to help. Hell right now im probably coming off as a pompus too by telling you this. But like you said people arent perfect and make mistakes and i agree that is shows a great deal of maturity for someone to admit and acknowledge their mistakes. Im just saying that when new members come asking for help the goozex community sometimes responds in a way that makes new members not want to be here.
