How to report someone scamming system?

How do you report someone who you believe is scamming Goozex?  I'm not going to name anyone specifically, but I had a user agree to a trade for PURE on PS3 and then cancel it.  That's fine.  The weird thing is I just got matched with him again for the same game.

I checked this users profile and he's had 41 cancellations and almost every new release from the past month is in his trading queue (Every version of Guitar Hero World Tour, etc.).  Do I just send an email to the comments email address or is there a better way to do this?

I have a bad feeling he is doing the same thing to me.  I just got matched up with said person for Guitar hero World tour, took a look at his cancelations and was suprised he had 49!!!! I am sorry but someone that does this needs to be banned.  If i get canceled on, im calling him out here on the forums.

Guess ill do that if it comes to it.  Hopefully it wont and this will just pass!
