Mario Kart Wii Clarification - Full Package Includes Wheel?

This is not clarified in the listing.  Games that sometimes come with accessories (Time Crisis + Guncon as an example) have listings for the accessory + game or game only. 

Mario Kart Wii needs to be separated out as well or clarified whether we are expected to send the wheel or not.

Full package does include wheel; general rule is everything at retail; being that it is not sold any other way it doesn't have the second listing

Even if it is a "general rule", I don't think the "general rule" is common knowledge.  The listing should be for Mario Kart Wii + Wheel for clarification.

I don't know why this is even turning into a debate.  It is not obvious that you have to ship the wheel.  You have to dig to find the information you just posted and you have to dig to find information about shipping accessories. 

I have been using goozex for well over a year and never come across this "general rule".  I'm sure the same is the case with other users.

Why not just make it obvious for people that it needs to include the wheel by putting "+ Wheel" in the title so there are no more problems with this item?

I agree. I didn't get the wheel when i purchased mine nor did i care for it. Now someone is debating about it. What should i do now? escalate to goozex?

Escalte to goozex if you want. I doubt they'll do much for you, though.

Full package includes everything that the game came with at retail, with DLC being the only exception.

If there is another exception for that game, it will be listed in the trading info page.

I am pretty sure that the game comes with the wheel and you can't get it as a standalone software, even though the wheel sucks IMO.
