Uh oh... I just bought a PS3 :(
We bought it so my wife could play Ratchet and Clank: ToD and eventually Quest for Booty. I've played a few games for it mostly online, but using the PSN was a frustrating experience. There are games coming out that I'm looking forward to. I just hope they get me to use my PS3 for games instead of using it as an upscaling DVD player.
I will say, the Blu-Ray version of Batman Begins blew my mind Though it would have been much better had Val Kilmer or George Clooney been in it

I had been using my PS3 almost solely for a Blu-Ray player until that little game we call LBP came about, now I have new meaning to my relationship with the big black unit.
I love my Wii.
I've been a big gamer for over 20yrs, so I don't buy the "Wii is only for casual gamers" argument. It definitely has a lot of appeal to non-gamers, but there are a stack of good games for it that I also enjoy- even some *gasp* non-traditional ones.
I think part of the problem is that there are just A LOT of really bad games out there for the Wii. But if you look at the top 30 or so rated games for the system, anyone should be able to find quite a few that appeal to them.
I haven't seen anyone mention de Blob yet- awesome games.....

That is true - and there are also too many 'low value' games like Ninja Reflex. But when those games are gotten here or at a store for really cheap, they can be loads of fun.

I also have to agree that De Blob is a great game along with Naruto Shippuuden: Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX 2.
mafafu:Wii's are still rare, but not nearly as rare as in past years.
OK, I will agree with that ... but the fact is despite having the same price for 2 years now while both other 'next gen' consoles have cut prices by 50% or more, and despite being the #1 console of this generation by a large margin, we see ...
mafafu:They always say 0 in stock becaue if they list them as in stock and have people drive there, they get bitched at it they were sold in between.
And again I agree, and it is because despite the same price, the top seller spot, the Wii is still in a supply constrained position ...

There are so many games for the wii that are really great.
Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Resident Evil 4 (Wii Edition Obviously)
Metroid Prime 3
Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
Tales of Symphonia II is coming soon
Wii sports, Wii play, all the other stuff on the system is pretty lame. The fun games are basically only the ones that don't really require the use of the wii-mote sensors (with the exception of resident evil 4). Just like a good old classic GC remote.
:O Hey man I work at wal mart part time, and my friend works at target full time. Every tuesday at noon we put out 3 wii's, and every teusday at 12:03 PM they are gone. Off the shelves.
There is always a line of people waiting for them to come out, and sometimes we don't even get them every tuesday.
Maybe its not like that in hickville wherever you live, but here its crazy.

I love the fact that he lives in Arkansas, and claims I live in "hickville".
>_> Have you ever been here? The only hick places are like russelville and mayflower, its not like we all live on a farm.
Plus I'm from California. o-o
Oh and nice job displacing the argument.
(Oh and also, why are you prowling for info about me?)

Its been the same year round here, in a LESS populated area. Ehh whatever this is a stupid argument. WTFudge.
:O You can have your opinion, and I'll retain mine.
Honestly I'd like to play a Wii to see if it is worth the money, but I can't find the damn things anywhere. I travel to my local Walmart at least once a week, and I've seen Wiis in stock maybe once or twice since its release. Those times, I couldn't afford it on that day, and by the time I could afford it they were long gone.
