No CFL, either?!?  You're going to tick off a lot of Canadians...

If I'm watching footie... it's the Premeire League, mate!

Edit - XFL was Vince McMahon's attemtp to inject wrestling into a new football league a few years back... fortunately, it failed.

I voted other. The only time I actually watched football was when the XFL was around...which was very short lived. The media killed it before it started and Vince McMahon made some poor choices in the beginning that brought it down. He couldn't keep his wrestling world and his newfound football world separate entities and professional wrestling, while quite popular, is a niche "sport".

I loved the loose rules like getting whatever name you wanted on the back of your jersey, excessive victory dances were ok and I thought the prospect of getting paid if you play, but getting paid more if you win was a great motivation.

I voted other, I don't watch any football on TV or anything.  But I go watch all of the 6-man football games at my school...6-man is an interesting game.

I watch English Premiere, MLS, International football (or soccer), CFL, NFL and NCAA.  Basically, if it can be loosely classified as football I'll watch it.

All football viewing gets trumped by the NHL.

i liked xfl. too bad someone got hurt on the opening toss. instead of a coin toss, there is a ball and 2 guys run and dive to get it. dude separated his shoulder.

entertaining!

NCAAs are always more exciting in my mind, if more annoying. Whenever I get a great game that looks like it's going to end up tied, I get all depressed and have to steel myself for the dumbest overtime ever devised in the history of sports. NFL is certainly cleaner in this regard and some times they can get pretty exciting, but college sports are always a little more fun to me. Same with b-ball.

Put it into context ... before the recent run of success, the Pats nickname was often the Patsies ... and ~7 years of good teams pales in comparison to the decades of dreadful teams I followed.

Oh, and I worked my second job (first was newspaper routes) hawking sodas up and down the stairs in what was then called Schaeffer Stadium and looked like this:

oh ... and despite the 'NY' as my current location, we just moved here from Massachusetts 6 months ago, and the entire rest of my life was born & raised in the people's republic of Massachusetts!
