Mailing to a military base did not go through??

So Delivery Confirmation goes to Goozex with my game that I sent to a Miliary Base. The person at the military base gave me negative feedback for not receiving the game; is he lying and Goozex will give me my points, or is the delivery going reeeealllly slowly? I sent it on time too...

It does depend on what military base the game was sent to. Its difficult to send food and stuff to the troops because the mail is painfully slow and oftentimes the food spoils before it arrives. Even if they are stationed stateside, mail is still slow.

Sometimes traders will leave a negative when they are forced to on Day 20 and then reverse it when they actually receive to protect themselves.

BTW, he is stationed in Europe.
