Sent game w/ tracking number = Neg'd...

I sent a guy Ninja Gaiden Black for Xbox. I used Fedex Ground shipping, he sent me a PM asking why it was taking so long, and I replied to him that there was a shipping exception, it came back to my house, and I sent it back out.

Then he leaves me negative feedback without replying to me, saying that I didn't reply to his PM, and that I never sent the item. I have a Fedex Ground Tracking number going to his address saying "DELIEVERED".

I've already emailed support, but its been about two weeks, and I've gotten nothing in return. Can anybody help?

ignore the previous post

start by emailing feedback@goozex.com, if you have already done so, you may want to try again

also, the G-Team regularly frequents these forums so theres a chance they may see this here as well

I only said that because he has already emailed the Gteam and posted his issue in the forum. So all i thought he can do now is wait till a Gteam member sees his issue here and helps him. I guess he can try emailing them again.

Don't give up ... make sure in your next email to feedback @ goozex you are descriptive as possible - make the title say "I got 'not recieved' negative feedback but I have delivery confirmation!' or something, and include everything in the email - user names, games, trade dates, delivery confirmation numbers.

You want fact? Here's a heaping cup of fact:

Everyone you've dealt with joined around the same time (some within a day of each other.)

Everyone in your trade circle lives in New York.

You can be traced back to the infamous Ron the Strong.

You = Scammer and I wouldn't be surprised to see you banned within the next week.

And my trade circle is my choice? Isn't who i trade with done by goozex's system? So i don't understand what you are saying. I don't understand how trading with a member who is suspicous should make me suspicious if a person from the Gteam traded with this infamous "Ron the Strong" what would you say to them?

I believe that you might want to follow a little advice that people who are accused of things are told...

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you (when your account activity is investigated).

If you're innocent, you have nothing to worry about and shouldn't feel the need to prove yourself.

I guess you are correct I will just ignore them and if the Gteam thinks  I am scamming them then I will contact them and hopefully work it out.
