OK SO I WAS MATCHED UP WITH A GUY FROM CANADA, TO RECEIVE TOO HUMAN FROM HIM, BUT AFTER THREE WEEKS OF STILL NOT HAVE RECEIVED THE GAME, I PUT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT NOW I'M IN THE BACK OF THE LINE! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT, EVEN LONGER!!! I WAS IN 1st IN THE LINE, AND NOW I'M 190th!!!? WTF!!!

IS THEIR A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM???Angry

Did you contact the seller to see what's up? 3 weeks isn't unheard of if he selected the slowest shipping method, IMO.

You should be returned to your place, but there is a 'review process' that happens because scammers were using the negative feedback as a way to abuse the system.  So it is no longer instant.

Be patient ... and your title and post were out of control and inappropriate.

When I read the OP and see the username I am reminded of So I Married an Axe Murderer and what the father calls a butcher. Apropo here I think.

also, dont re-add a game after receiving a negative, just be patient they put it back, adding it just confuses things a bit

Thanks for the heads up, seriously though, I know that receiving a game from CANADA doesn't take three weeks, how I know this? Because I have shipped dozens of games to CANADA, and within a WEEK, that's right, a WEEK, people receive the game, and I receive my feedback. I also notice that I didn't get refunded for my points until 2 business days later, says Goozex, but rest assured I am not scamming anyone. I am a frequent user who respects, and COMMIT to shipping game's people request upon. Oh also, I am really just getting screwed on Goozex, receiving games wise, I hardly do, most of the games that I patiently wait to get, I get screwed, because I never receive the game. Goozex, really needs to fix this issue with peopl scamming.

Hi there Butcher,

 

   We apologize for any run of bad luck you may have encountered recently. When you report a negative feedback and are refunded for the trade, you are place back in line when selected for the game. Users can be selected near the end of a line because they meet all requirements for receiving the game. With respect to the system, I hope you do not feel that the system is troubling you. It seems that you had a couple bad apples when trading, but rest assured, Goozex refunds you on each of those trades you reported negative feedback on.
