3000+ points, No Games to Get!

I have over 3000 points, but all the games in my list are either new and have long waits, or they are old ps2 rpg's with long waits.

Has this happened with anyone else?

Happening with me right now. I got a couple that I wanted to play again. You know like Uncharted and Heavenly Sword. I mean just wait it out and let the Goozex monster do it's stuff. Sooner or later you will get games coming in.

i was sitting 25,000+ points, and jsut said screw it, and started requesting any game Id like to try regardless of what it is.  lol

Me too...for almost 2 months.  All I was is Soul Calibur IV for PS3 and Top Spin for the Wii.  I didn't think I would have such a hard time.  I signed up for Soul Calibur as soon as Goozex out it up and i somehow ended up with over 100 people ahead of me. 

It's the gaming drought season. This happens every year around this time. Luckily come October some titles start popping in and by mid-to-late November all the big titles hit for the holidays. Then we go back into another drought.

same here. i have around 2000 points and im eager to spend them.

but i know i must wait until next month.

Heh, my request trade slots are clogged.

After making some points by selling a few games, this past weekend I requested:

-CoD4

-CoD2: Big Red One

-Escape from Butcher Bay (PC)

-Resident Evil 4 (PC)

-Mercenaries

-Star Wars Battlefront II

 

I got matched with CoD4, Big Red One, and RE4 instantly. And when the Big Red One seller failed to confirm within 26 hours, I got matched for Mercenaries right away and my 3 request slots are still full. I was going to try and think of more games to request, so my points aren't just sitting there, but I won't have to at this rate.

May I caution you about this game? It is by far the weakest CoD in the series. Multiplayer was rather fun but I doubt anyone is still playing it. (online, that is)

I'm waiting for the good games to come.

I've played it before, so I know what I'm getting.

start requesting at random. might i suggest Lunar Knights for the DS or Vice City Stories for the PSP. Maybe even Naruto:path of Ninja for the DS. No reason in particular.

Lunar Knights is a wonderful action-RPG for the DS. I would grab another copy, but we've never run into an instance where me and the kids wanted it simultaneously. Same for Naruto ... we've all played it, but my younger son is really enamored - but for a Naruto fan it is a fun little game. And every PSP owner should have the GTA games ... well, at least those like me who've never played any of them elsewhere.
