Well since I'm the seller in this case, I'll throw in my 2 Goozex points.

 

I used a Paypal shipping label with DC of course.  After getting the inital PM about the "delivered" game, I rechecked my Paypal receipt to make sure the address I sent it to matched the Goozex address on file with the buyer and it did. I did bounce the ideas of asking the neighbors, mail carrier, and the local post office against the buyer.

I just found out about this thread from the buyer and was pretty surprised to read that the carrier just leaves the games on your doorstep.  I sent the package out in a standard bubble mailer, so the carrier could've easily put it in a mailbox or mailslot.  Where does the carrier put your letters?

You should definitely email "feedback@goozex.com" and explain things to them.  But you also need to listen to madfigs and call your post office and get them to either hold your packages or put them in the mailbox.  Goozex might give you a refund this time around, but if another one of your games get stolen again, you might not be so lucky.

We know that the only way for the community to really grow in a positive way is for all users to be self-sufficient and accountable.  Your posts show that you are not yet either.  We give some 'tough love' to folks who ask questions that are asked way too often and are in the FAQ, and that post multiple threads on the exact same topic.  We hope to build better and smarted traders that way.

It's also detrimental to all the other users if you're forcing Goozex to try and solve a problem that could be resolved by a simple effort on your part.

Just wanted to give a little update on the situation....

I received a negative feedback from the buyer on Friday.

Feedback: I have NOT received the game
Comment: I hate to give this negative feedback but I really did not receive the game which you shipped, Sorry....

I emailed feedback@goozex.com to get it changed into a positive since the DC says Delivered. I also sent them the link to this thread.

Received an email from the support team...they changed my feedback to a positive.  I wonder if the buyer got to keep his points?  Thanks Goozex.

Nope once the feedback is reversed buyer is deducted the points .

That's too bad.  Well hopefully next time, the buyer will get a mailbox, talk to the mail carrier or move to a safer place...

I didn't I lost the points and a game which was stolen... I get nothing...

 

I lost money on those points also. I guess I am a loser..

Email Goozex again at feedback@goozex.com and explain the situation fully.  It is very possible that it was stolen.  They may have some additional ideas on checking for the game.  Check with your Postal Annex again and call the manager if need be.  They may at least be able to tell you wether the carrier left the package on your doorstep or not.
