I have Quake 4 on the PC, and no, it did not come with Quake 2.

I bought for the 360 used at gamestop and it only came with one disk.If you're lucky enough to get the extra disk,kudos!

I believe his concern is about 'sellers' listing it as full package and not including the Quake 2 disc.  To list the game as full package they require this disc, but I don't know if it is specified on the game page and if not, it should be.

There is actually a separate listing on goozex for the bonus disc.  I don't think it's ever been traded though.

So the X360 version *should* come with Q2?  I did a quick search on Amazon and GameStop and didn't see any mention.  A further check has said that it is included.

I've had this game before.  With the 360 version, there should be a bonus disc with Quake 2 on it.  Be careful if you buy it used, Gamestop might not include it.  I'd PM any sellers you request it from on here to make sure they are aware of the bonus disc.  They might not be.

I'm not too sure about the 360 version, but if you get Quake 4 Special DVD Collection, it includes it. I had traded mines awhile back.

*Just FOUND OUT through WIKI*

A special DVD Collectors Edition also exists, including promotional material and the game Quake II with its expansions. The Xbox 360 version of Quake 4 is based on the Special Collectors Edition, and therefore also includes Quake II.

I just bought it recently from Circuit City and traded it on here.  The 360 version should include Quake 2 on a separate disk inside the Quake 4 box.

Old thread bumping time.

I was trying to get quake 4, but already had 2 sellers answer my PMs stating they do not have the bonus disc.  Since all discs are required for all conditions now, and I am requesting FP, I wonder how many people I'll have to go through to try to get this.  Ready to leave some negatives I suppose if someone is stubborn.

I got it from here, had both discs; I suggest you add in your PMs that if they don't have the disc, the game can't be traded on goozex period

Yeah so far I just PM everyone I got matched up with and tell them I am inquiring about the bonus disc, and since all discs are required for trades, etc etc.  Never really considered how many people don't have the second one till I tried to buy it used at gamestop the other day.

I just received a copy (requested FP) that doesn't contain the bonus disc.

I would go with unplayable since if you don't have the second disc you can't play it.

Meh, that makes too much sense, lol.

The bonus disc doesn't really matter to me, but I know it'll be a pain to get rid of once I'm done with it.
