i have wrote  goozex  3 times now and never heard a thing back

 

I requested a  complete game only got   disc 

 

another  game the  user  isnt  even here anymore  (disabled account)

 

requested my trade pts and credits  back and never heard a thing from them... Read on other sites they no longer even reply to emails ...

 

if this is true (what im starting to think it is)  this site might be in alot of trouble.   I Just requestd  2  1000 pt games and i know im going to be #$#$#$#  if they never show and i never get my pts back

i feel for ya...ive just joined a few months ago and never recieved a game yet and have had 2 non sends already. i did get my points back but lets see if i get them after handing out another non send.  i got like 3 days left....

There has been a spate of scammers, they have been launching Goozex 2.0, and so on.

If you read the threads there are good and bad situations, many folks have chimed in about howthey got their points back almost immediately.

The whole thing with disabled accounts is a definite drain - and it has a real impact on honest traders!

- Asked for complete, got disc onls is cause for neutrl feedback as you should know after so many trades.  Why are you looking for G-team intervention?

- Disabled user problem should be refunded - but I hope that when you do contact the G-team you write more coherently than this.  If you want help you shouldn't require the reader to do so much work.

On behalf of the customer service representatives, I apologize for this perceived lack of support.

We at Goozex believe that a fully-rounded experience is imperative for the success of our service, and this starts with the website usability and ends with the customer service. We strive to make sure that each single support request is replied to, and to help our members with any issue they may encounter.

During the last few weeks we have noticed several complaints about the customer service's responsiveness, and we are investigating the reasons. In the meantime, we wish to remind everyone to check the spam settings on your mail server, as there have been many incidents of Goozex emails being filtered by the spam filter.

We are in the process of upgrading the customer support platform with enhanced services. We want to move away from an email-based service and better organize our service. Also, in an effort to provide more immediate answers and better utilize our resources, we are deploying a system that will facilitate finding a solution to the most common problems. And if a request to Goozex is necessary, we want to make sure to receive it and respond to it in a timely fashion.

We appreciate your patience with these issues while we roll-out these new and improved patform.
