How come we have to wait for trades, and no being able to request them ourselves?

You have to wait until you are matched - that is the core of the system. If you are offering a game and someone wants it and you are first in line and the other person has points and a trade credit and an open slot, you match.

Have you read the FAQ, because this is about as basic a concept as there could possibly be for teh site.

Yeah, I just dont use this site that much, but it was just a question I always wondered about.

Oooh, wavelength discussions. Geeked This is one of the few things I actually remember this from my college days. Who says geography degrees are worthless...

The sky is blue because of the Rayleigh effect.

Grass is green because it is envious of trees which are much taller and don't get walked all over like grass does... and, because all of the colors in the rainbow are absorbed into the leaves of the grass except green because it contains chlorophyll.
