I am trying to decide wether I want to use this service or just use ebay? You get much better deals here (higher value for your games) but how long will I have to wait after I send in my games till when I get the games I want? For Example HALO 3 currently has 65 full packages offered and ready with only 40 requests for the game, none of which are ready! Does that mean that if I offer my copy of HALO 3 I will have to wait for all 65 of the people before I can even send my gsme out for points? If so how long will that take? PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. I have allot of games I would like to trade but I dont want to have to wait MONTHS before I start to get the games I want in return. THANK YOU : )

You will be waiting as there are loads of people trying to dump Halo 3 for a fast profit and many on the other side waiting for it to drop.  That said, it has been traded nearly 400 times since release with 15 trades currently going on when I checked!  So it shouldn't be too bad.

My advice is to check the supply and demand for games you want to list.  Some will go quickly, while I have also had games sitting in my offer queue for 2 years now!  But when someone wants it I will be ready, without all of the hassle and micromanagement of eBay.

It is really dependent on a few factors: The game, how close to the game's release date it is, the playability of the game (single vs multi) and system.

Halo 3 actually gets traded quite a bit on here so you may not be waiting as long as you think, now say you were to trade a rarer game or game that was recently released (within 1-2 months) you'd be likely to be matched up very quickly.  I'll admit, i have a few games that ive had on here for months that have yet to be matched but for the most part, even my games that have had a while to go have traded pretty quickly.  Just because there are 65 people ready doesnt ean that they will always be ready, there are varying factors such as trade slots.

Goozex really is great though, ive saved over $500 in the short time that ive been a part of the site.

Thank you for your reply. I need to just start activating some of my games on hold I guess. The only other concern I have is that once I am matched up and mail out my game it seems I then have to rely on the recipient leaving feedback to get my points? I would imagine that there are many people out there that may take their time in leaving feedback, or even worse never bother to leave feedback at all.

okay if they don't leave feedback within the alloted 21 days you get +10 feedback from the system and it closes it, also i would reccomend using bubble mailers and paypal shipping because it gives you delivery confirmation so they cannot say they didn't recieve it when you send it.

check out this for a little bit more info:

also you can weigh your games at the post office then leave so if you don't wanna buy a scale and you can reuse bubble mailers for games you recieved or buy them in bulk to help reduce costs.

also to note, after 2 postive trades you are deemed a reliable trader and you get your points up front from then on
