i sent him a pm/email saying what happened.... told him I'd wait no longet than 2 days before i leave neg feedback for didnt recieve game. should I wait? or just go ahead and leve the neg feedback so i get matched with someone else?

well he wrote back, and said he was wondering where the condemned 2 case was, and that he was sorry and would send gta4 and 3 bucks to send the game back. but i shouldnt have to go the th epost office for his mistake.

Considering he's making the situation right by sending you the correct game and paying for you to send back the empty case, I don't think it will kill you to be cordial and drop it in the mail.

I agree - karma is a crazy thing ... allow him this mistake and when you get the game and money, send the case back.  It will show that you are mature and cooperative and willing to deal with people who make mistakes (that would be *all* of us!)

I agree - even when I ship multiple games in one day I take care to make sure I get it all right.  But be that as it may, he is offering to make it right - just keep an eye on the time and don't let the 21-day window expire.  If you get the 3-day warning, give negative and get it reversed if/when the game arrives.  Things sound good in terms of him fixing stuff, but he still has to make it happen.

See - this shows that he seems quite willing to make good.

Also - just note how in my last post I edited to include a reply to yours rather than double-posting.  It is just good netiquette ... not trying to be 'forum cop' .

I know I sent someone a copy of a movie because I was using it to weigh the package (was too lazy to go get the game from the desk). Since it was disc copy and I was including the jewel case so both weighed the same. That could be something that happened. ^__^
