Hello. First of all, this has happened before June 30, before the referral rule change. I was skimming through my friends' profiles today, and I saw they have received games with their free points, but I have got nothing. I referred 4 of my friends, but I only got a bonus from one of them. Out of three others, two have received their free games, but wasn't I supposed to get 100 points out of that too? Because I didn't. What's going on?
Did they report feedback?
Oh. They didn't, I guess. The table says "closed by system". Oh well, that sucks.
I'm having the same problem, except my buddy DID send a good report after he recieved. He was a few days late, but he gave the feedback earlier today, no problems. How long does it take for the system to register that my buddy gave the feedback, and how long before I get my points?
EDIT Ahh, I see that they changed their policy. But, since I invited them BEFORE the 29th, I'll send goozex an email.
