UPDATE: As a first "feature" that uses the friends platform for new services, we have released this morning a "send message to all friends" function.
The new Friends page now has a button to send a message to all friends in the list. This can be useful to keep in touch with all your friends, or to organize and share information about upcoming events and tournaments.

Just as a request, could the management and send message buttons be moved to the top of the page? It's quite a bit of scrolling and would especially help those of us who use mobile devices. Thanks again!

We can surely look into that: There is an issue with additional stuff that is already at the top of the page (sorting, navigation, pagination) that may create too much clutter. That is the main reason we have chosen to put the management buttons at the bottom (which are also used less frequently). The "send message" button may become an exception. We will need to wait until all features for friends are developed, to see what can be moved.
In the meantime, I am glad the new feature works fine!
