I think game is only for the XBOX 360. If it is for the PC, I'm all for it.

I think you're right, as according to the FAQ it states:

A: Halo Wars is for the Xbox 360 exclusively.

It has been long delayed and it may have been at one time slated for PC release where Muze (Goozex's provider) picked up on that information and listed it in it's database as such.  This is pure speculation on my part...
