I would say Lost and the X-files (before Mulder left).  Haven't started watching Fringe yet but from the bits and pieces I've seen so far, it looks pretty good.  Might jump up to one of the favs.

Most of my favorites have already been said, but one I haven't seen and will always have a special place in my heart...

America's Funniest Home Videos.

I don't think I have ever laughed as hard as when I am watching people fall on their asses in this show.

Mystery Science Theatre 3000 - the Manos Hands of Fate and Pod People in particular are extra special. Oz was also an excellent show with the exception of how dumb they ended the last episode.

The Lost season finale was awesome on Wednesday!  I'm kind of sad we have to wait until 2010 for the next season to start though... and I'm also sad, yet happy it will be the last season (but I'll only be happy if they wrap up a lot of the unanswered questions/mysteries)!

I really enjoyed the first two seasons and then missed a couple of episodes and was very confused when I tried watching it again.  I cant wait for the series to be over so I can pick up all the seasons and watch them in order.  It is one of those shows where you need to watch all of the episodes to be not quite as confused.

I'm waiting for the same thing, as my story is similar.  I wasn't remotely interested in the show at launch, but my wife got me to watch it after about 3 episodes had aired.  I was hooked, and quickly caught up to speed.  When the season premier of season 2 launched, I waited with excitement for it to air, while my wife was more ho-hum about it.  Through some shenanigans of hers, she commendeered the TV at that slot time and didn't feel like watching it anymore, and my interest waned.  Come season 4 or 5 however, my mother in law is asking me questions pertaining to the seasons I'd now missed due to her daughter, and I inform her of the situation, and she is taken aback!  Not watching LOST!? Ridiculous.  However, while my interest is there, I'm not about to try and catch up with 3+ seasons, and will just wait it out.  I catch glimpses of episodes here and there where they're not on the island and want to go back or something, and I'm like WTF; still in the first season mindset.

Lost, eh.  I am surprised that I enjoyed JJ Abrams' Star Trek so much.
