Goozex Signature Skin Contest

By participating to the "Goozex signature skin contest" and submitting one or more images for review, the user understands, acknowledges and accepts the following Terms:

User shall comply with all of the provisions of the site's Terms of Use, in particular "SITE CONTENT", "USER RESPONSIBILITIES IN USING THE SITE", and "ACCESS TO THE SERVICES".

To participate users must be a registered user on Goozex.com, and actively participate in the Goozex forums. Multiple accounts, not confirmed accounts, fake emails, or incomplete or incorrect home addresses disqualify users from any Goozex forum promotions or contests. Users must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of entry in the contest.  Winners will be notified by email and may be publicly announced on the Goozex forum posts.

Submission of images

Members can submit an image in either Jpeg, or png format. Dimensions are 468 x 90 pixels. The file size should be smaller than 300 Kilobytes. Image format can be RGB or CMYK, in black and white or color.

Images can be submitted to enter the contest by posting the image on the forum, or by sending the image via email to marketing AT goozex com.

By submitting an image members understand and accept that they will be automatically entered into the contest, and that any image submitted will become immediate property of Goozex.

In posting an image on the forums or in submitting an image to Goozex, the user understands, acknowledges and accepts that the image will become "Content" of the site and that such Content is subject to the Terms of Use. The user also grants Goozex all rights on any image, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish online and print the image. Goozex may mention the author of an image or derivative work, but it is under no obligation to do so.

Pre-selection of finalists

Goozex will select the finalists from all images submitted or posted on the forums. Goozex may select one or more finalists, or no finalist at all. Finalists will be selected at Goozex's own discretion. All decisions are final.

All the finalists will be announced on the forum.

Winners poll

All finalist images will be entered into a poll where members can vote their favorite. Only one vote per member. The winner will be the image that receives more votes from members. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries and the number of votes cast in your favor. In case of draw between two or more finalists, Goozex will pick the winner at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.

Goozex may elect to select additional winners at its own discretion.

All the winners will be announced on the forum. There will be no prize associated with this contest.

By submitting an image to Goozex, Inc. the user hereby assigns all rights, title and interests in and to such contributions to Goozex, Inc. and, to the extent such rights are not fully assignable, hereby grants to Goozex, Inc. a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right to fully exploit such image (including all related intellectual property rights) and to allow others to do so.

The Goozex name, the Goozex logo, the Goozex mascot and the Goozex tagline are trademarks, registered trademarks or copyrights of Goozex, Inc. Any work that is a derivative of the Goozex logo, the Goozex mascot or any variation thereof is to be considered intellectual property of Goozex, Inc.

Goozex, Inc. reserves all rights to use, not use, print, advertise, post online, or publish in any form and media any image that is a derivative work of the Goozex logo or the Goozex mascot, and any image that is submitted to Goozex or posted on the Goozex forums. Goozex owns and reserves the right to use or not use any representation of our trademarked or copyrighted material.

Miscellaneous

By entering this contest, members agree that Goozex, Inc., may use their name, nickname, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without incurring any liability or obligation for remuneration. All registered Goozex users must be 18 years or older. Goozex, Inc., is not responsible for damages, liabilities, or expenses that the users might incur as a result of participating to the contest. No purchase necessary. All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

The failure of Company to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any further rights hereunder. Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Company's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference). If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
