I was supposed to send a game May 30th which I actually ended up sending June 9th. The guy it was going to PMed me June 11th about how the U.S. postal system is slow as poop. I live in Cedar Rapids, IA. There were concerns about the river that day and Thursday, it completely overtook downtown where I work and I got shipped off to another town to work where I had to internet access until today. I found I had been given negative feedback well before the 21 days ran out for not responding to the PM, which hadn't actually made it clear I was supposed to respond right away, not that I could have anyway. I have a proof of mailing, but it's at work and I was told it could be a month before we can reenter the building. What do I do?
Why did you send the game out so late? You were supposed to send out on the 30th, but didn't send the game out admittedly until the 9th. That's a heck of a delay. Did you PM the other user about this delay?
The other user may have left negative feedback prior to the arrival of the game, especially in light of your late, late delivery date. I would recommend sending a PM or email the other user asking them to send an email to feedback at goozex dot com advising them to reverse the feedback as they have rec'd the game. This is a common procedure. If that doesn't work, you gotta find some way of getting that D.C. number....and again email feedback.

you should send a message to goozex telling them just that. They might not refund you cause of late shipping... but i dought it

How would one dought somthing?
But most likely you are going to have to wait to get feedback reversed until you can provide goozex with a Delivery Confirmation Number so they know it was shipped and if they see it arrived at the other users house they will reverse feedback but you really should have sent the game out much earlier than you did, as this would bother many users including myself..
I'm wondering if this issue is still unresolved.
FYI - Look at the date on the origional post - almost a year old.

It's like doting on your child, just with more bread.
