Why do people trade away sealed games?

Only if it comes with the games (By the way, that's really off topic [which I realize you said], and not in the derailing funny kind, but the kind that you could probably figure out if you did some research).

I get ticked when I send out a sealed game (bioshock) and I didn't even get a polite comment. I was expecting a tip actually but at least a comment! I left tracking and a nice note that it's sealed a coming their way.

people, comments of being thankful would be nice

I had to check because Boishock is on its way to me. 

I always leave a comment and a thank you. Do not let this stop you from going above and beyond next time you trade.  I have sent games that are sealed and I sent a guide with one and no tip :(.

You have traded a lot more than me but I hope this post makes you feel a little better.

Looks like I'll be sending out another batch.     Went to 7-11 to grab a slurpee, and they had all of their games on sale for $25.     Grabbed the last copies of Resident Evil 5 (PS3), Street Fighter IV (PS3), and Street Fighter IV (Xbox).         Don't really need the points right now, but they all have good demand here still and it's hard to pass up a deal like that.      

I hope this doesn't mean 7-11 is going to stop selling games.   :(

I didn't even know 7-11 sold games in the first place... Since when have they sold games.  The 7-11 in my town is actually quite large, but I haven't seen any video games there.

It hasn't been too long since they started but no 7/11 by me sell video games so I'm not exactly sure...

Not sure how official this sale is, it was written on a piece of notebook paper with magic marker and stuck to the window.    My wife claims it had been there a while, but I hadn't noticed.        I'm not sure that all 7-11's carry the same stuff either.    There's another one by my work, maybe I'll stop in there tomorrow and see if they even stock games.     And of course grab a slurpee while I just happen to be there.

the 7-11's around my area have been selling games for awhile but they tend to only stock the latest triple A title and have gotten famous for breaking street dates to boost sales. and it seems from what i have read online and heard on gaming podcasts that this has been pretty standard for them all over the country. thats where i got my copy of infamous several days before the release date btw.  they also have a reputation for slashing prices on games to way below the MSRP after they stop selling well (ie-resident evil v for 25 bux). which has lead to all kind of speculation about  them using sketchy business practices on the web. i have also heard rumors that in some places they inflate prices on games that they start selling early (ie-get gears 2 a few days early for an extra ten  or twenty bux) and drop the price to the MSRP on the actual release date.

I have a few games that are sealed up for trade but it's mostly due to birthday presents from online friends who didn't really know what to get me or didn't wanna spend a lot of money one lol.

My 7-11 had a huge 'CLAIM YOUR GAME' display, but the only games they had were a bunch of pc value games, like Zuma, and one copy of NCAA 08 for ps2.

i dont even have a 7/11 in my town but a mean KFC , Taco bell , McDonalds , Hardees and  Chinese place all within a half mile radius and my town is not even big.

lol I thought the 7-11 thing was a joke. Really selling games?

Then again, I think I may have seen ONE 7-11 in my entire life...though I question even that sighting.  Only in lore do they exist!
