Can Goozex Help With Games That Wont Work?

Even more specifically, can they help with Black and white 2? Iv'e got a new computer and this is the second time it wont work, with a different game!! Same game, different sender. How can they help if at all? Both times it will install but not play completely. The first time I got past the movement tutorials but right after it would freeze up. Second time it would not start. Dont say schratched disk, they're spotless!!

It is probably a hardware issue. Update all of your drivers, and see if there is a patch for the game.

I did all that, it still wont work. And the guy who got it before said it didnt work on his computer either.

Wow you win asshat of the year award.  Twice in one year you request a game that is in mint condition but wont work on your pc because your pc cant run it.  So basically you left two negatives because you didnt make sure your computer would run the game.  Poor users didnt fight the feedback and got stuck with a negative for sending out a perect game to an asshat user.  Congratulations, I hope your account is reported to Goozex to be reviewed.

Quick reminder (not an accusation of the OP, but a response to the assumptions made by the replies) :

- When a dispute is escalated to Goozex as a result of negative feedback, we request the item for inspection.  It appears the two transactions were not 'disputed', and therefore both sellers accepted the negative feedback.

- Falsification of feedback is a violation of the Goozex Terms of Use, and may result in a permanent disablement of your account.  If you have any questions on the feedback you should report, then we recommend writing feedback@goozex.com outlining all pertinent information regarding the transaction so Goozex may review the situation and properly advise.

- A reply to a thread that's been inactive for several months (19 for this thread) may be frowned upon by the forum community.
