Didn't receive games. How long before leaving negative feedback?

I searched the forums for an answer but didn't find one. I apologize if there's already a thread involving this issue.. Two games were shipped out on March 28th and it has been 16 days. Should I leave negative feedback now or wait some more? How long until the trades time out? If the trades time out, am I out of the games and the points? Thanks for any help that is provided!

PM the sellers to check on the games, be polite, and see if they have been shipped. If you don’t get a response or they say that they didn’t ship them leave negative feedback no later then the 20th day. On the 21st day the system times out the trades and leaves a default positive feedback. You will have you points refunded if you leave negative feedback. If they have shipped the games, you should still leave a negative at the 20th day if they didn't arrive, then when they arrive email feedback@goozex.com and have the feedback changed to positive.

Update: Both users stated that they have tried sending out the games but were returned by USPS. I've received games before and haven't had this problem before. What could be causing this and how could I correct it?

You could go to the Post Office and ask them. Also, you may want to make sure your address is correct on you account, if you have a number or letter out of place it could cause some issues.  Did the sender hand write the address or use the label? Messy writing could cause a problem. Other then that, the Post Office may be able to help if there are other issues.

I have a question about this as well.

My seller hasn't responded to any messages so I assume the game won't be coming.  But I'm worried about this 21 day auto default to positive response since the system won't let me leave negative feedback as I see the following:

I have NOT received the game
(You have 3 more days left before you can report this game not received)

So with the 21 days starting March 7th in my case (the day the user signed up Goozex, got matched to me and confirmed that he mailed the game), is my time window three days from now (March 26th) only two days (till March 28th) to leave negative feedback to get my points back?  It seems like this might hurt buyers who have been checking their mail for 19 days straight and are out of town for a weekend.

In three days, that should be day 16. You will still have 4 more days to leave a negative. I suggest waiting until day 20 just in case it comes at the last minute.

Do you get an e-mail stating how many days you have left after a certain amount of days to leave feedback?  I'm just wondering because I am waiting for a couple of games, and would love to have a reminder in case I don't get the game to leave negative feedback.

Yes you do Imtiaz.. one at 5 days out and an other one at even closer to the day, can't remember when.  Plus I think I remember right that it's 15 days from the date they marked it as shipped in the system.

the feedback is given a chance to be disputed, if it is, you go into the dispute resolution phase, if it isn't you will receive your points and token back 24-72 hours after finalized feedback

Pizza guys are getting worse and worse looking. I guess all the good ones went into porn.
