Portal is one of the most entertaining things I've played in a long while. Team Fortress is really fun for me, a person who tends to shy away from the Halo style deathmatch FPS games because I typically don't have enough time to be real good at them. With Team Fortress I can play a support role and still be effective without having to sink my life into the game. And you get Half-life 2 with episodes 1 and 2 taboot. Hell of a lot of gaming value in one really ugly box.

I've heard tons of great things about this game and would love to get it, but unfortunately for us cheap-o Goozexers, it may not be in the cards for many of us. I feel like this game is one of those "keepers" for most people, not a single play-through and then a trade.

 

This is defiantly one of those Keepers, and worth every cent of the 55 bones I spent on it (Pre order deal). Minutes to dollars I don't think you can find a better value than this. Team Fortress is something we'll be playing years down the road.

Definatly worth the price tag. 5 games in one box (if you consider expansions games that is) for the price of a normal game. Granted HL2 is 3 years old, but is still a blast. I recommend this if you want a game that will give you plenty of play time. The singleplayer is a good 25 hours worth.

You're probably just past 1/2 way through.

I have decided that the toughest thing about the orange box is deciding which game in it is the best.  I absolutely loved portal though I don't see myself playing a whole lot more.  TF2 is my current multiplayer binge and I love what I've played of Half Life, though it is not much.  What a great collection, can't wait for more from VALVe. 

TF2 and Portal are worth the 60 bones hands down. The rest of it is just gravy, especially for this Mac Goozex fella. 

 Been debating if I should get this box... my friend keeps telling me great things about the box and she keeps telling me how awesome portal is.

Yeah Portal was a real mind bender for a three to four hour game.  It fit perfectly into the Orange Box.  If you haven't played Half Life 2 it is also great.  TF2 is a whole lot of fun, but it doesn't have the largest community.  An all around great deal.  Pick it up used if you can. 

 that's true,i think my favorite is actually TF2 even if it has had pretty bad lag just about every time i've played lol

i guess its not really "a keeper" lol, lots of people trading away, i'm getting it now... i hope htrs still plenty ppl on tf2, cause i'm basically getting this to just play that game, idc about hl, mayb i'll try portal... seems not like my type of game

 also tf2 isnt normally my type of game, but it looks really nice, the spy i want to try out, also soldier for rocket jumping and stuff, i dont want to be the medic lol, idc about others, i'm usually a my teammates over there with agro, i sneak around, bam i'm behind them killing them type of guy :D
