people might want  50 to 200 bucks for fire emblem on  AMazon but that dont mean they are selling

AVG price on  ebay is  15 to 20  so  300 pts is a good place for it.  I doubt you will find  a single person willing to give you 800 for it

I have not read the whole thread so maybe it was already posted but anyway why are demos higher in points than regular full versions? Like Devil May Cry demo is 250 I think and the real game is 150...wtf am I missing something here? Doesn't make sense

This is a pretty old game that is not readily available anymore. It has been at 350 points for a long time. I think the price should be raised because the rewuest list is extremely big, while the offer list is very small.

Hmmm ... it is surprising that it hasn't gone up more on its' own ... I wonder if it is because of the high number of 'on hold' traders.

i can't find this game on amazon or half, and it goes from $100-$160+ on ebay. i doubt changing the point value will motivate anyone to give it away, but it should at least be set at 1000 rather than 400

Me and My Katamari (PSP)

points: 350

used, this game goes for roughly $15-$20. new/complete it goes for $30-$40+

i think this game should at LEAST be set to 500 points. i have a brand new copy that i want to trade, but i don't want to give it away for so few points

Maybe you should sell it on eBay then?

I don't know if you realize this, but this site is for trading away used games. If you are worried about the value of your brand new sealed game, then I suggest going to eBay or Amazon.

Why isn't the game listed at 200pts? The game is over priced considering you can get it for only $5.90+shipping at amazon.

I believe I can understand the price of this since there are more in demand than the supply, but for being used it is the same price new. Now I'm not trying to start any flames on that I should just get brand new since I made that remark. I just would like to know how come it would be priced the same as a brand new game, that's all. I understand your doing your best to give us Goozers a great quality site and for that I am greatful. I will do my best to contribute to the cause.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King

I think just a slight decrease, but not much. Not too sure.

Again, curious on the pricing scheme here, but I think I understand since it available there are more in demand than supply. However, I do have a question. If most stores have it available and price that is cheaper and the supply is low for them, wouldn't they have it at a higher price?

Case in point, Gamestop doesn't have many copies of this game, yet it's still that price. Granted there are a lot of people that want this title, but not a lot available, so I understand, just curious :) 

I mainly ask this because this sounds like fair price 500pts considering the demand is double the supply, yet no one that has this game is making it available. Is it that they want it at a higher price?

jewel Quest Expeditions  450 and Mahjong Quest  350

there is a game  called  THE  QUEST TRIO   coming next week for  20 bucks new   that will pack in both of these games along with a 3rd game Play tri-peaks solitaire with Jewel Quest Solitaire

if i had either one of those two listed games i would dump them now cause ii doubt someones going to give  400 pts for 1 game when they can get all 3 games for 20 bucks new

That's really confusing.  Points are basically $$$$$$$.  Think of each 100 points as $5, how do you think they price games.  And obviously they wouldn't just make every game the same amount of points, so i don't know what you're talking about.  How do you think they decide prices of games, mostly on the $$$$$ (cash) concept.  There's other factors like supply and demand, and a few others, but they don't affect it as much as the value of the game.

Also, why would you ALWAYS rather get off here.  First off, it'll take a week or two, depending on when a person ships it out.  Then, you're not going to get newer games real quickly.  And most people don't send sealed games, it's all used.  That's why i use this site for games that i may want to try out, unlike when GoW2 is coming out.  I'm going right to gamesop for it.

I can see this one kind of, i never see this game only getting those low prices.  if i could find this for 20 believe id snatch it up!

Beautiful Katamari just went up 50 points to 500, Gamestop has it for $17.99 used. There are more available copies than requests. It should be going down, not up until it hits at least 350.

Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 (PSP) retail for $17.99 used at Gamestop, yet it's still at 600 points with 5 available to be traded and no requests. It should go down to at least 400 points.

Tomb Raider Legend (360) at Gamestop for $14.99 used, yet it's 450 here even though there is over 50 available to be traded now and no requests. It should be 350.

Dead Rising at Gamestop for $17.99 used, Goozex just raised the points on this to 600 once again over 50 available copies. It should be at 400 right now.
