actually with most games that have hit 100 points, its not worse than gamestop; i would also rather trade out games to people who wanted to get them than just shuck them at gamestop for $1; also the points are very real

And I like to get rid of games once I'm done with them, regardless of profit or lack there of, just so my wife doesn't see 20-30 games in our entertainment center so I can get newer or different ones.

Edit: and I refuse to gamestop anything and I'm too lazy to ebay.

You have to remember, not only are you paying to mail out the game you're also loseing the game itself. 2.80 cents for a single game? That's worst then gamestop... To make matters worse, the 2.80 profit isn't even real money, you're getting fake points. So you're spending 2.20 to get fake points...

I think you are only looking at half the picture.  Take this challenge to see the whole picture.  Take that 100 Point game and turn it in to Gamestop (most likely they will give you $1 for that 100 point game), add $3 to what you got from them (what you would have paid in S&H), and then try to find a game you can buy with that money at gamestop...  I can almost guarantee you will walk out of there with $1 in cash and not a game.

So how is GameStop better than getting another game from Goozex.  100 point games are still completely worth it.

Why is Silent Hill 2 on PS2 listed at 550 points?  It's an 8 year old game that has no demand and 30 offers.

I wonder if this thread actually ever gets any views from the powers that be... I've posted two or three times to point out that the Metal Gear Solid Database is completely free on the PSN, but it's still a 500 point trade.  =\

I think they still check it (how often I don't know), but I've observed prices being adjusted for some of the more reasonable requests.  Providing a source, suggested price point, and good rational for why a different price would help the item trade more frequently is more likely to get your suggestion taken seriously from what I've observed.

Hey I dont see sid meiers civilization IV game of the year edition (what I own) on the goozex site.I would like to see it on the site.

Amazon: 13.95 (for the original IV not GOTY editon) so maby 250 points?

Edit: also there is not triple murder mystery pack(Agatha Christie) on Goozex

I have been trying to get rid of PS3 Guitar hero legends of rock (Game only) for a while now. I think it should be worth less points.

It is currently listed as 500 points but should be in the 200- 250 range.

This one you would figure should be in the mail soon, but i think it could be less goozex points and be sold faster.

I just have a suggestion for a price adjustment on Wii Fit Plus. The game is currently 750 points, I propose that it be adjusted to 400 points. 

Reasoning is the game retail price is $19.99, not $50 like for most new Wii games. Don't think there's any sort of shortage to justify the amount of points it is currently.
